Neos could be included as part of the Universe 1, and the emergence of Zoffy points us in that direction, but nobody in this universe has already seen an Ultraman. Neos used as "host"a member Kagura Genki Heart (Hi-tech Earth Alert and Rescue Team). Also, accompanying Neos, this Ultrasiete 21 (Two-One) does not use a "host"human, it can take the shape you want.
Neos is a series that was made only for the Video. Were a total of 12 episodes. Neos and Ultrasiete 21, Tiga existed before, and thought to do a series with them, but because of its appearance quite "retro" the idea was discarded. So we both just appeared on live events since then.
